Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover your use of arrestholiday.rest and the services Arrestholiday Plumbing offers through it. If you use the site, call the number on it or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template and not legal advice.

What We Do

Arrestholiday Plumbing is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent plumbing providers. We do not do plumbing, drain cleaning, sewer work or repairs. We are not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Business

The providers we connect you with are independent businesses. Each one is solely responsible for its estimates, pricing, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control them. We make no promise about when they are available, how fast they respond, or what their work will achieve.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials. Ask for proof of insurance. Get a written estimate.

Information Only

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job and are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and your insurer.

What We Ask of You

Give accurate information when you contact us. Use the site for lawful purposes only. Do not misuse it, disrupt it or try to get in without permission.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we and the provider we connect you with may reach you about your request. That can be by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. To stop contact, email contact@arrestholiday.rest at any time.

Ownership of Content

The content and design of this site belong to Arrestholiday Plumbing or its licensors. Do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

The law sets the outer limit here. Within it, Arrestholiday Plumbing is not liable for loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is" with no warranties of any kind.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
