About Arrestholiday Plumbing and How Referrals Work
Who we are
Arrestholiday Plumbing is a referral service for homeowners with a plumbing problem. We connect you with independent local providers. We do not send workers to your house. We do not do the plumbing. The provider does.
Why we exist
A burst pipe is stressful. A backed-up drain is worse at night. A failing sewer line is a big, costly problem. Most people do not have a plumber's number saved.
So we built a simple starting point. Tell us what is wrong. We point you to a provider in Aurora or the Aurora area who handles that kind of job.
The goal is a repair done right. A good repair protects your home, its value and its future sale. A rushed fix can do the opposite.
How matching works
You call or send a request. We look at the type of problem and your location. Then we route you to a provider in our network who offers that service nearby.
Availability varies. Some providers can respond quickly. Others are booked. Request a callback to check what is open right now.
What we expect from providers
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:
- Hold the licenses and insurance their local rules require
- Explain the problem in plain words
- Give a clear written quote before big work begins
- Treat your home with care
- Tell you how to prevent a repeat
We do not run their business. We do not set their prices. Licensing and insurance belong to each provider, so ask to see them.
What we do not do
We do not repair pipes, clear drains or dig up sewer lines. We do not give quotes for the work. We do not promise a response time or a final price. We also cannot promise what your insurance will do. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your own policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
How we are paid
Homeowners do not pay Arrestholiday Plumbing to use the service. Providers in our network may pay for referred calls and requests. That is how the service keeps running. You pay the provider for the work, at the price you agree to with them.
Then prevent it
A fix is only half the job. Good providers will tell you what caused the trouble. It might be roots, grease, old pipe or a worn fitting. Ask what to do next. Small habits and a yearly check can save you a lot of money.
