Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start with the plumber. Keep a written record.

We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened. That may mean contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also go to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. For problems with the plumbing work itself, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
